Target

Had never been in this store/location! I had a blow out on the highway in front of it and after getting my spare put on I decided to go in and wash up! Well, after seeing this store from the entrance I had to take the tour! Starting with the restrooms, which was my main reason for entry, very clean, well kept, everything in working order and condition. Quite impressive! On to the main store: Very classy and sophisticated in appearance! Very modern, clean and well stocked! Loved just looking around and actually spent way more time than anticipated! So much to choose from! Every department was loaded with merchandise, which was very nicely, well stocked and displayed. It appeared to be very well staffed and maintained throughout the entire store! I was very comfortable here and did not encounter any negativity from anyone here, working or otherwise. Everyone was quite friendly. I was impressed by everything they sold, the fact they actually have a CVS pharmacy and Starbucks inside the store! Just can't find anything bad to say about this place! From the parking lot, which, by the way, was very nicely kept, organized, roomy, clean and well landscaped, throughout the entire store! Excellent experience! Recommended retailer!!

Holiday Grinch Alert!!!! My husband went to Target this morning to purchase us a new television for Christmas. My husband asked an associate for help in the electronics department, who proceeded to lecture my husband on the proper use of “please” and “thank you.” My husband, who is probably the sweetest man on earth, promptly apologized for coming across as rude. The associate then proceeded to ridicule my husband for his choice of credit card at payment, and continued with the bad attitude when he made disparaging comments about my husband’s vehicle. Having worked in retail myself for over 10 years, I can empathize with this associate’s apparent internal struggle during a hectic holiday season, but there’s simply no excuse for taking out that lump of coal in his holiday stocking on the unsuspecting customer. I was tempted to call the associate’s manager and make a formal complaint, but it sounds like having to live life as this associate is punishment enough.

I am both surprised, and disappointed. Customer service is not up to par as far as helping you to find what you need. When I asked for help I was told that the product was, “down there”. Needless to say that was the wrong area and I found the right area on my own. I will give credit for having a clean and well organized store but my expectations were a little bit higher as far as service goes.

When you don't have the app they don't send the barcode that is needed at pick up till you have picked up your order but I have a two star cause the employee was by himself handling returns and pick ups witch we all know this time of year is very hectic he was very helpful since they didn't send the needed barcode but he got my order pretty fast really no wait
